Terms of
Membership
- If any of your business or personal details change then please
simply up-date them.
- Your TLC points cannot be transferred to another TLC member or
any other persons.
- If you do not earn any points during a three month period.., your
membership will be deemed to have expired and you will be given 1 week to redeem
your accrued points.
- It is a condition of membership that you make every effort to attend
our Tanoa Loyalty Club events. They are 100% free to members!
2010 NEW EARNING POINTS: AT ANY TANOA HOTELS
- 1 point from every Fj$10.00 spent on Accommodation
- 1 point from every Fj$100.00 spent on Events i.e. Receptions,
Cocktails, Seminars, Dinners, Weddings, Parties, Reunions, Product launches, and
seminars & outside caterings.
- TLC points cannot be earned on complimentary stays, prizes donations.
- When making a reservation, you must quote your MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.
REDEMPTION OF POINTS
- Please allow 6 working days for the processing and delivery
of awards and benefits
- Awards are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot
be used by other parties or gifts.
- Advance reservations for accommodation are required and are subject
to availability.
- Awards do have expiry dates so please check regularly as unused
points cannot be transferred or used as a credit on any other activity.
- The 15% discount on food & beverages cannot be used with any other
Tanoa Hotel food and beverage promotion.
- "Tanoa Credits" can be used when "paying" for Accommodation only.
